    Passport & VAL ready

    Ensure your passport is valid for your full study period and that your Visa Approval Letter (VAL) has been issued by EMGS before you book travel.

    Accommodation booked

    Secure a hostel, shared apartment, or studio near campus in advance so you have a confirmed place to stay the moment you land.

  3. 03

    Airport pickup arranged

    Share your flight number and arrival time with us so a representative can meet you at KLIA and bring you safely to your accommodation.

    Budget planned

    Set aside funds for your first month — accommodation deposit, food, transport, and essentials — using our sample cost-of-living guide.

    Health insurance sorted

    Confirm your medical insurance and complete the required health declaration; you will finish post-arrival screening once in Malaysia.
