Passport Collection
Students are adviced to email InSO Office at inso@geomatika.edu.my before coming to collect passport.
- New / Renewal of student pass will take approximately 4-6 weeks for passport collection after submission complete document. Please track your application at EMGS portal for application status.
- Cancellation/ Transfer will take 2-3 weeks for passport collection
- Dependent (New /Renewal) will take approximately 4-6 weeks for passport collection
Please bring supporting document (i.e holding letter, yellow receipt, etc) for InSO verification.
InSO will email to student when passport is ready for collection. If student is unable to collect your passport, you can send representative to collect the passport by completing authorization Form. Please bring documents for passport collection.
iKad (International Card)
Please email to studentvisa@gematika.edu.my by providing us your Visa application number (i.e E7000xxxxx and passport number and nationalities) before coming for collection. I-CARD can be collected at the UGM International Student Office level 2 (counter 2)
Note:
I-CARD is usually ready for collection after 3-4 weeks of student pass sticker endorsement.
REMINDER!
Please renew your student pass three (3) months before expiry date. Students are responsible to monitor the expiry date of your pass.
Overstaying is an offense in Malaysian Law. Immigration will impose a penalty ranging from RM1,000 – RM5,000 depending on the duration of your overstay.
